ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE SERVICE

Vignoble Évasion designs, organizes and markets life-size escape games (chauffeur-driven car chases, Escape Games) in the Bordeaux vineyards.

EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Vignoble Évasion makes every effort to guarantee its customers a safe, high-quality experience. Despite these precautions, Vignoble Évasion cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic jams, etc. We accept no responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings inside or outside the vehicles during the tour.

SERVICE RATE

All prices are in €, include VAT and are subject to change. Our price includes :

– The playful experience,

– Tours and tasting fees,

– Transportation in chauffeur-driven vehicles,

– Support from a professional game master.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Alcohol consumption on the wineries is reserved for participants aged 18 or over.

TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS

By taking part in a wine tour or wine gaming game, you authorize Vignoble Évasion to take photos of you and your companions. They may be used by Vignoble Évasion

on any medium, including its website, for advertising or commercial use. If you don’t want to be photographed, please let the game master know at the start of the game.

EXCLUSION FROM THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In the case of leisure activities booked by the customer on a specific date, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance booking does not apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to take part in the wine tour you have booked and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.

In the event of cancellation and/or modification of the initial reservation, the following charges will be deducted from the refund:

– More than 3 weeks (21 days) before the scheduled date of the activity: 5% of the price of the service to cover bank charges and associated refunds, with a minimum of €30.

– Between 21 and 7 days before the scheduled date of the activity: 50% of the price of the service

– Less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the activity: 100% of the price of the activity.

No refunds will be made in the event of no-shows on the day and time specified.

For any other cancellation due to an event beyond your control, each refund request will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
